Limbo

Not a lot has happened in the last week or so-the usual Solicitor shennigans, etc....
I'm beginning to break down the workshop, so as you can imagine not a lot of progress has been made on the curvy table. We were hoping to complete on the 31st but as today is the 25th and we haven't exchanged contracts yet I can't see it happening. So maybe the following Friday (which just happens to be the weekend of the the Yandles woodworking show!!).
To add insult to injury, I've come down with the flu quite heavily. Don't worry-you can't catch it by reading a blog ;)

Ooo, nasty. Get well soon, Phil. Packing away the workshop; just doesn't bear thinking about. Are the Woodkateers rallying round to help? Or are you afraid desirables might go walkies under the cover of "must have been lost in the move, mate"... ;~)

I would be afraid of things getting, er, misplaced! Heck I have that fear with my children working here. Countless sockets and wrenches are gone forever during the time they were at home working on the cars.

They move is getting close! I wish you and yours well--it can be stressful.

Take care, Mike

Thanks for the well wishes-much appreciated!
Haven't roped the "Woodkateers" into the move-as you say, things have a habit of dissapearing ;)
Spent some time boxing up the hand tools today. And scared myself with their monetary value :0 Must double check my insurance cover.
Oh, and am I the only one who keeps the original packaging? It looks like a woodworking superstore in my garage!! ;)
Cheers

Hello Philly,

I'd like to invite you and ask you for review of my new website http://LumberJocks.com.

The main goal of LumberJocks is to provide free place for DIY enthusiasts and professional woodworkers to showcase their projects. In short, site members may post their own projects, rate the projects posted by other fellow woodworkers and participate in discussions about these projects to share their knowledge and learn something new everyday.

Yesterday, I've released site announcing press release - you can see it here: http://www.prweb.com/releases/2006/3/prweb365190.htm. Now I'm seeking great bloggers like you who might like spending couple of minutes on the site and post short review on the blog. Review excerpt together with the link back to your blog would be posted in the About section at LumberJocks.

Let me know if you are interested in helping me out with this, please.
Also, keep me posted if you have any other ideas which would benefit our sites.

Thanks and have a great day!
